Do you know someone who loves wolves? Is their birthday coming up? Celebrate with The Pack at the Saint Francis Wolf Sanctuary! This private event allows guests to book a spot at the Sanctuary for 2 hours to celebrate with the Guest of Honor’s friends and family.

Your Party will include a Tour of the Sanctuary, where you’ll get to see our wolves and wolfdogs and hear their stories, while also learning about their wild relatives. The Birthday Guest of Honor will also receive a special keepsake to remember the day – a one-of-a-kind painting made by one of the animals at the Sanctuary! After your tour, you will have time for food and games at our picnic area. Groups may provide their own food, games, and decorations if they choose.

INFORMATION FOR BOOKING A BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE

Please Note: Contact with our wolves and wolfdogs (petting or going into enclosures) is NOT a part of any tour due to a number of safety and liability reasons. Instead, we attempt to provide an engaging and interactive experience through the use of Enrichment items or activities.

  • Birthday Parties must be booked in advance and we recommend booking as soon as you can, as our slots are limited and fill quickly. Parties must be booked on either Monday or Friday. On Mondays, the birthday tour will start at 1:00 PM and parents are welcome any time after 12:30 to set up. On Fridays, the birthday tour will start at 3:00pm and parents are welcome any time after 2:45 to set up.

  • For 10 children or fewer, the total cost is $350. The parents of the birthday child are free. Every additional child or adult attending the birthday party will incur an additional $16.50 per person fee. The maximum number of people for a birthday party booking is 30 people, including both children and adults. Payment will be required when you book your spot. Please contact us with any questions.

  • Birthday parties are booked fairly far in advance, making it difficult to reschedule due to weather. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you at a later date. If we do need to cancel, we will let you know as soon in advance as we can, via email and if necessary, the phone number you left when booking your reservation. We will work to reschedule your appointment or offer a refund in these rare cases.

  • Birthday parties are limited to a maximum of 30 children, 18 and under. We request that you attempt to bring at least 1 supervising adult for every 3 children and more adults are welcome. A number of safety rules will apply and for your own safety as well as that of our keepers and animals, we will strictly enforce them.

  • Our facility is handicap accessible, but we do have an alternate entrance for wheelchair accessibility. Please let us know if you need to access this entrance upon arrival or by emailing us at info@wolvesofsaintfrancis.org. Thank you!
