Want to get an inside look at our work here at Saint Francis Wolf Sanctuary? The VIP Tour gives you a chance! This is a private tour for up to 5 people* to focus on wolves and wolfdogs in Texas, as well as get a closer look at our animals in a behind the scenes tour. Visitors can join our Keepers in preparing and giving out enrichment, allowing you a chance to learn about what it’s like to take care of the pack. You will also have the opportunity to take close-up photos that showcase the animals’ unique personalities!
*Please note that if your party is smaller than 5 people, there could be additional guests on your small private tour as we book up to 5 people per VIP Tour

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED

For weekday VIP Tours the cost is $125 per adult and $100 for children 10-17 yrs. old. For Sunday VIP Tours the cost is $175 per adult and $150 for children. Payment will be required when you book your spot. Please contact us with any questions.

VIP Tours must be booked in advance and we recommend the sooner the better as tours are limited and fill quickly. The tour is offered at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

VIP tours are booked fairly far in advance, making it difficult to reschedule due to weather. If you need to reschedule, we may be able to accommodate you at a later date, but please understand it may be a few months before there is a new spot available. All fees are considered a donation and are tax-deductible, therefore, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations (unless it is SFWS who must cancel). If we do need to cancel, we will let you know as soon in advance as we can, via email and if necessary, the phone number you left when booking your reservation. We will work to reschedule your appointment or offer a refund in these rare cases.

VIP Tour appointments are restricted to a maximum of 5 people, and participants must be 10 years of age or older. Any minor (10-17 years old) who participates must also have their parent or other legal guardian participating. For safety reasons, we cannot make exceptions to these policies.
A number of safety rules will apply, for your own safety as well as that of our Volunteers and animals, we will strictly enforce them.
Please Note: Contact with our animals (petting or going into enclosures) is NOT a part of any tour due to a number of safety and liability reasons. Instead, we attempt to provide an engaging and interactive experience through the use of Enrichment items or activities.
