Please provide your own tables, tents and displays. Tents required.
This is an outdoor event. Event will take place rain or shine.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting Texas State Sales Tax as required.
Must signed release and waiver of liability form with registration to participate. This is included in the checkout form but can be filled out in the form below, or submitted via email.
Booths set up will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday, November 7. 2026
Tear down will begin at 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 10th; No early tear downs please!
